Sewaan tapak juga berlandaskan kepada Siapa Cepat Dia Dapat ("first come first serve") dan keputusan pihak pengurusan adalah muktamad

Kadar-kadar Sewaan:

(Nota: Kerusi plastik tidak dibenarkan sama sekali jika membawa kerusi sendiri. Kerusi sewa adalah pada kadar RM3/= sehari untuk satu kerusi dan sekiranya rosak perlu diganti.

a) Hari biasa (Isnin-Jumaat)

1 hari

RM50/= sehari

b) Hari Biasa + Hari Minggu (1 minggu)

Sewa RM45/= (Isnin -jumaat) sehari,

RM55/= (Sabtu -Ahad) sehari

Jumlah sewaan RM335/=

c) Hari Biasa + Hari Minggu(2 minggu)

RM40/= (Isnin-Jumaat) sehari ;

RM45/=(Sabtu -Ahad) sehari

Jumlah Sewaan RM580/=

d) Hari Minggu - Sabtu dan Ahad

Sewa Sat RM60/=sehari & Ahad RM60/=sehari

Jumlah Sewaan RM120/=

e) Hari Minggu - Sabtu atau Ahad(1 hari shj)

Jumlah Sewaan RM70/=

f) Sebulan

Sewa RM40/= sehari termasuk Sabtu dan Ahad
Jumlah sewaan = (mengikut hari dalam bulan tersebut)

Deposit : 20% dari harga sewaan tapak.

Syarat & Peraturan

Bayaran penuh perlu dibuat SEMINGGU sebelum berniaga untuk tapak yang disewa atau selewat-lewatnya pada atau sebelum 25hb setiap bulan.Peniaga yang membuat lewat dari tarikh 25hb akan dikenakan DENDA 10% dari harga tapak untuk setiap hari lewat. Pembayaran sewaan tapak TIDAK AKAN DIKEMBALIKAN sekiranya peniaga tidak hadir atau menarik diri.

Semua syarat-syarat dan peraturan-peraturan berkuatkuasa dari 1hb Julai 2010 (akan diberikan berasingan kepada peniaga baru) adalah sama dan kekal sehingga peniaga berhenti berniaga dari 7ty Bazaar. Peniaga juga tidak dibenarkan menjual barangan larangan dan jenama tiruan, dan sekiranya didapati peniaga menjual barangan tersebut akan dikenakan denda RM1000 atau diberhentikan terus dan tiada pulangan deposit.

Pihak pengurusan berhak untuk menolak permintaan peniaga yang tidak mematuhi syarat.

Terms & Condition

1. The organiser will have the absolute right to rent the space/booth/stall to any other interested party/person, in the event the Tenant withdraw without informing, do not turn up on the day of the event without informing.

2. All deposits/monies/rental paid is not refundable and the decision from the organisers are final.

3. All space/booth/stall is on a first come first serve basis together with full payment.

4. The organisers has the right to postpone the date, time and place for each event and information of same will be notified to all Tenants 5 days before the event.

5. The organisers are totally not responsible for any misfortune, damage of goods or loss of sales during the event.

6. The Tenant must inform the organiser 5 days in advance, in the event that they cannot make it on any one specific day during the event to give way to the organisers to get another replacement Tenant.

7. The Tenant is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the rented space/booth/stall before, during & after the event.

8. All goods must be lower than market price, no counterfeit goods are allowed and no stolen goods to be sole.

9. Strictly not allowed to sell Life Stock eg. chicken, goat, duck, fish, cow & etc. except for pets.

10. All payments for the space/booth/stall must be made latest by one week before the specific event.

11. All Tenants are required to decorate their space/booth/stalls at their best.

12. Tenants may promote their products via handout, banner, etc. as long as it does not contravene others.

13. All Tenants may bring along their own racks/shelves/fan on the day of the event.

14. The best decorated booth will receive a mystery gift.

15. Tenants that give good cooperation to the organisers will receive a mistery gift.

16. All Tenant are bound and binding by this terms & conditions for this event.
